When I first got into contact with American Heritage Lending, I was in a really bad sitaution with trying to get my ex’s name of the mortgage and title. Tim Arroyo was my angel! He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He was honest with me every step of the way. He always kept me informed. I would reccomend American Heritage Lending to anyone and everyone trying to refinace. And I would reccomend Tim Arroyo!!!! He deserves a promotion or something for all his efforts! He is someone who really cares about the people who he is dealing with. Not just in it for the money!!!!!!
