The monthly savings is great but being able to talk to you just about every other day during the refinance is what really makes going through the process worth it. I really don’t think I would have gone through with it this many times if it was with someone other than you (Gary really was nice though).
You make the process easy, smooth for the most part
and definitely more bearable. You’re so chill (ha ha sorry for the lack of a better word) and I definitely feel like you are a good friend and that I could trust you. Anyway, I think you get the point… I get so much more sappy with every kid I have. ![]()

In August 2010, I read an article online about the anticipation for interest rates to decline in the coming months. I began searching online for lending companies offering low rate refinances. After submitting my mail information to an online forum, a few weeks later, I received a mailer from American Heritage Lending. After reading through the material, I dialed the toll-free number and reached Drew Christie. Drew had a very matter-of-factly way about presenting the information and I appreciated his candor. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted and all the steps needed to refinance my FHA-backed mortgage. After our 30-minute phone conversation, I received a follow up email from Drew some 5 minutes later explaining all of the required documentation and a fair estimate of how long the process would take in getting the refinance under-written, approved, and then closed. The entire process took less than 45 days and Drew was excellent at keeping me abreast of the status of the loan, where we were on the paperwork and finalizing last minute details to get the loan approved and closed all before the Thanksgiving day holiday. Great Job to everyone at AHL especially Drew Christie and his team.

Everything was done through email. I really liked this. It was done on my time and schedule. Didn’t need to sit down with anyone or have to call someone when they are int he office. Really big one for me as 9-5 I’m usually super busy with work. And didn’t have time to answer emails or get the stuff together till past 10pm.
